Sorry, but it will never be balanced to take towers that fast. You can't have ridiculous clear, long range safety, zoning, kiting ability and tower-taking baked into one champion. Can you just nerf this garbage already? Ziggs bot isn't a change of meta, it's just abusing an overpowered champion. His win rates bot and mid are both too high.
