can we please make ranked mmr affect normal mmr?

i know normals are just supposed to be the fun mode, but its not really fun when your silver bot lane gets stomped by a diamond duo + jungler.

those games dont happen too often during the ranked season (though theyre a regular occurance between seasons), but it would still be nice if theyd not happen at all.

worst of all those silver never surrender even in these situations when they fed a combined total of 30 kills, so you have to sit these games out.
