If you want to nerf an AP champ, why not Heimerdinger?

He honestly deserves it much more than Ryze did. You say Ryze has good poke, yet You can't get anywhere near Heimer with the ridiculous range his turret lasers have. He basically gets to shove the lane for free all day because his turrets NEVER die. Even after he dies his turrets are still up. Unlike things like Teemo shrooms and Shaco's boxes (which actually go away after a period of time), the turrets last forever. Honestly there isn't that much wrong with him. I just don't think it's fair that he can push for free all game, when other champs actually need to spend mana (and put themselves at risk) to cs. He can just sit behind his turrets all day, and they never die. And as I said, it's impossible to trade with him because of the turret laser range, and they block skillshots for him.

Poke mages are the way to deal with heimer, you gotta remember to kill hit turrets rather than just diving past them. The other upside to fighting a heimer is you're never in a position to be ganked, heimer can't contribute a whole lot w/o his turrets and since you're prolly up near tower, the enemy jungler doesn't have many opportunities to catch you out. Against heimer you gotta focus on cs like you were a carry rather than hero kills. So thats why its ideal for champs like veigar who don't have gank safety and are heavily reliant on farm.

WOW hiem was the first champ i learned real well in fact he lead me from lvl 1 to level 30 really quick the thing is once you get to competent players they all do the same crucial thing right when they get there ult which helps hiem even more they leave go and gank everywhere because the biggest fall fror hiem is the fact that turrets dont move they stay in place have very little hp 3 casters can take one easy think before you rage
