Her Passive, Q, W, E, and R are awesome

Her W needs a QoL change to be a cast and release skill instead of double cast so it's less clunky.

I can't really feel any reason to complain about anything in taliyah's kit she's pretty awesome.

Meh the mana cost and cast time on E is ridiculous that's the main thing I'll argue, the portion of the low range on E being fixed would make her feel less underpowered but not as needed as those 2 changes.

E has the best base scaling already, how much more do you want?

Her E is a great skill if you max it first.
