Jungle Item
Keeping in mind for what I am about to suggest that you are only allowed one jungle item at a time and requires Smite to purchase. The suggestion affects jungle only combat and is aimed at creating jungle diversity; have monsters be brutal early game and when upgraded allows every jungler jungle sustain so that they can farm the jungle and group with their team after instead of having to back out to heal in base then group whenever they want gold and exp. Again an important factor is to create a very wide variety of viable junglers like back in season 4.

Okay so what these jungle combat difference does is allow for both damage dealers and tanks to both thrive. Increased damage dealt helps damage dealers clear the jungle and % max health helps tanks clear the jungle. The upgraded pieces are the only pieces with sustain which allows junglers to actually do something other than fight a camp or two and then go back to base because the monster took all your health away and with a minimum sustain is what helps tanks out so both damage dealers and tanks can get a fair share of damage and sustain in the jungle and not just one class of champions benefits here so you can see the Skarners and Rammi as well as Kha'Zix and Evelynn (sure the current champions will continue to get played, but these champions and more will rise from the ashes as well).
