Riot FFS stop beating around the bush and just get rid of solo Lulu

There is literally nobody in the game who enjoys laning against her in solo lane. Stop solidifying her in solo lane with nerfs that hurt support Lulu far more than solo.

I'm sorry Riot but to be perfectly blunt you are nowhere near competent enough to balance both solo and support Lulu at the same time. Just make her a support again and forget about this whole thing.

Boom, now Solo lane Lulu is gone and you can buff support Lulu to an acceptable level.
