Make the tier 1 and tier 2 towers ignore 80% of enemies' armor

Make inhib towers and nexus towers deal true damage

Now tanks can't just facetank 20 tower shots with 3000

That's fine with me, but then we'd have to buff the tanks, because even at this point where they can tank 20 tower hits, they're now weak because the game is overloaded with true damage.

I think the best way to buff towers would be to make it so the enemy can't just take it for free if you back once.

Add some more durability to them. They're supposed to be safe spaces, not a cs stealing cash grab for the enemy team.

Personally, I think extending the duration of fortification is a good buff, and Having the Warming up passive have a higher % Cap, and charge off minions for a lower % value is also a good option.

Make tower shots stack lethality every time they hit a champion. You can tank one or two shots, but then it gets pretty nasty.

More damage early, but tanks should still be able to dive people later.
