Edge of Night is a retarded item that shouldn't exist

Especially fun when Kha'zix puts it up and stealths into you, so you have no idea where he is to pop the shield before he opens on you and dumpsters 100% of your health in the next second, before you can finish using one ability to pop the shield and another to CC him off of you.

There is literally no reason for this bullshit to exist. Assassins did not and do not need a version of Banshee's Veil that's pure damage; this just further shits on immobile casters, who are already pretty bad.
