He is simply OP. 52% winrate with a 16% banrate. His kit is simple but so strong. His weakness are minimal, being good at splitpushing as well as teamfighting. Please nerf him.
Imo his target access is too good for a juggernaut. His reliability needs tuning. I think if hard cc stopped his passive it'd be a good start.

It is so easy for Riot to actually nerf them. Remove some Ap scaling on his Q and passive and replace the removed ap ratios with ad (just like old Morde) and give him health costs (again like old Morde) and boom! Fixed. Viable but not overpowered

Because the reason because he is broken is that he is AP. If you hurt his kit you basically start removing his kit. He doesn't do anything special compared to other juggernauts but he is the only AP one. And we have been begging riot about AP changes for a year now good question why nothing is happening on that front.
Here's a weakness: Play Soraka Support and Morde becomes Trivial every time he ults her.
