So apparently nothing is OP in bronze

If you look at win rate over the past month, nothing has higher than a 50% win rate. But it seems that AOE reigns supreme here. Sona, Brand, Amumu, etc appear to be doing very well.

Probably because they clump up in teamfights instead of staying away from eachother as to not get stuck in AoE abilities.

U wanna know what's funny tho? The win rate for Amumu, Sona, and Brand are about the same in diamond as they are in bronze. So apparently high elo win rates don't differ that much from bronze.

Hmm... It could be because they look for the best time to use their AoE abilities, and when they do use them it's devastating.

bronze people usually just dive in and kill themselves hammering all buttons so it makes sense those work well in bronze

Everything is OP in bronze and when everything is OP, nothing is.

you mean nothing can carry bronze players out of bronze, they go against silvers and lost constantly

Honestly in bronze, I would say low skill cap champions would be stronger. It would help minimize mistakes and missed skill shots. Also late game champions are likely stronger if games rarely seem to end before 40 min and/or games are just turn into team death matches instead of objective based.

As far as I can tell those stats track by the rank of the player rather than the average rank in a game. What that means if all win rates for bronze are low then teams with more bronze players loose more often than not to teams with fewer.
