False, Kill secure if its your job and its wise for you to do so
If you are support and this kill isn't going to be gamechanging you probably shouldn't do it If you are adc I don't give a fuck how long you've been friends with the other player, you take that kill and tell your girlfriend who wanted it your relationship is over if she cries about it. If you are mid just kill everything as long as its in reach and you are driven by purpose. If your champ isn't good at going out of its way to get the kill don't get desperate for it. If you are top, only KS if its of value or if the team is actually investing in you. Don't be a dumbass you know if that's the case or not. If you don't then git'gud If you are jungle its mostly just a matter of strategy. Who needs the kills. Pay attention. You should know how to determine this by now.
