Petition to bring back bonus AP on Lulu's W ally-cast.

To replace utility scalings on its movement speed bonus.

Janna gets to have a shield that gives allies AND turrets bonus AD, and there are no one else that gives allies bonus AP anymore. This would make whimsy more than just a dry and boring movement speed buff.

This would not only buff Lulu's duo lane abilities, but also would open up to more non-AD botlane matchups and interesting opportunities. Or even more interesting decision-making plays on how she used Whimsy. It won't hurt solo Lulu too much, either.

For those that don't know, she used to give 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 bonus AP upon ally casting.

And of course, make it so that she would NOT get the AP bonus upon self-casting, so that her solo lane abilities will not be full-on cheese.
