Any updates about Skarner!?

Just a semi-regular reminder that Skarner is barely a champion. He feels forgotten by RIOT, not even being in the list of ARAM changes. XD

Still, waiting for a revert or a GU so that he can have a passive out of lane, and maybe even have some base damage to keep up with the power creep of the game.

Im not sure who you all would compare Skarner to (a tank? High cc? A juggernaut?) but I really hate getting out damaged by champions who are 1) behind, and 2) building tank stats.

I personally try to compare him to either someone with similar play style (like Udyr) or a similar cc profile (like Nautilus). In either case, his numbers are just plain sad, aside from his E which has damage equal to a lot of other champions spammable skills, but only if you proc the stun.

He has no base damage, no scaling. His only halfway decent ratio is an 80%AP on his Shield... which also has no base value and only scales off 14% of his max HP at rank 5. Good thing my movement speed buff isn't relaint on that shield holding up... oh wait...

Please RIOT, you guys even responded to a thread of mine saying he was on a short list of champs for small updates (Xin Zhoa level) and I havent heard anything for 8+months.

When can I have my scorpion back that feels good to play in lane? Or that isn't reliant on his team not sucking to keep control over his gimmik of a passive? Please RIOT!!! :(
