Ever noticed that assassins.....

Can always kill your squishies even if they lost lane.... HARD?

Assassins cannot be fixed until their bases are demolished and all their damage is shifted to scaling.

Would this probably hurt their early game? Possibly. item 3155 item 3145 item 3802 Could still make up for it though. Assassin's right now do a lot of early damage, and their damage is cheap as crap. If their bases are destroyed, they'll have to focus on damage if they want to keep their dominance. Items like item 3155 item 3802 Just won't cut it, and they'll have to look elsewhere for items that purely give damage.

My last game as fizz, I intentionally fed akali 8+ kills in lane and didnt start csing till far past 10 minutes. And when i did start csing, I only did it to ruin the cs of the azir player on my team who intentionally banned my champion and then tried to steal my lane. (Dont flame me. Im not going to let someone do that to me..he banned the champion i indicated I would take mid and then he tried to steal mid from me. he deserved it).

Anyway, I was assassinating people at ~20 min pretty easily with two dorans rings and a sheen as an 0/12/0 40 cs fizz (or something like that. If I wanted to be more far behind, I would have had to try really hard. I was in a duo lane. I had garbage cs. Completed 0 items. I really dont understand how these champions are considered balanced. Theres no such thing as a useless assassin. Only an assassin who cant play from behind.

Go watch fizz balance in my game if its still up on replay.gg.

EDIT:

My bad. I just checked the game. I fed 7 kills before 16 min..and then I started blowing ppl up with the sheen dorans build. I had 4k gold at that point in the game. The supports both had more gold than me.

If an assassin falls behind they will kill you slower, it doesnt mean they wont kill you. If you are a squishy and say squishy you will die like a squishy because they will wait for the chance to take advantage of you.

Building hp against an assassin who's fallen behind will make them near useless, building damage is risky but the risk is probably worth i for alot of champs. But assassins are an extreme you have to acknowledge or risk dying.

No it wont. U have to stack hp and resistance. Theres nothing to stop a 5 hp fizz from blowing you up in a fraction of a second after you get clipped by a karma q or a jayce poke.

Being "behind" as an assassin just means that you finally have to start thinking about cooperating with your team rather than just going full ham all over the map. If you cant instantly blow them up from 100% hp, then wow. Big deal. Blow them up from 80% hp..its just as easy.

having to rely on your team that much can be a death sentence as an assassin.

since youre going to factor in enemy poke I get to factor in my team as well. 5 hp fizz can't do shit with my alistar on duty. He wont sneak up on shit that lane, that jungle, that everything is warded, not that it matters cuz i've got item 3053 off cooldown so double fuck fizz.

the difference between a fed and starved assassin is seconds which is all a good player needs.

Whats easier? Targeting a fizz with a trollpoll and zhonyas or landing a sona powerchord?

steracks wont even proc if you are below 80% hp when fizz starts his combo. the trigger is higher than your current hp pool.

it is like assassins are suppose to pushing building squishy

THe issue is when they are able to easily get away to easily after doing so or able to do it to fast.

wow it's almost like ANY champion with 1-2 damage items would be able to melt a squishy with no mitigation or extra health

saying they "lost lane hard" literally does not matter at all since the stats of the two classes aren't countering each other

Er... actually I think a better way to go would be to make assassins with high EARLY bases, but low base growth and high scalings. Assassins need to be able to... well... be assassins. Starting assassins with no or poor damage means they can't really do their jobs and fighter-types will be used instead. That means enjoy the league of bruisers.

Instead, if we give them strong early damage but incredibly low growth on those bases, they'll HAVE to build damage items to keep up as assassins. If they don't build damage, they're just gonna be mobile fighters with no real CC. We also need to keep % damage the heck off of assassins. % damage is for tanks and sustained damage types and it's what makes the dreaded "damage bruiser" like Ekko viable.

If we tweak assassins like this, they will be able to get kills early if they play well... but if you can PREVENT them from doing so, they will be pretty crap. Feast or famine play is FINE for a role like assassins. If you pick an assassin over a "safer" pick, you had better be able to assassinate people! If you fail to do so, you shouldn't be good for much else than being a half-assed splitpusher or something. It's the tradeoff they need for being able to 100-0 a target who is safely behind is own lines and then escape to safety. Otherwise, that shit is just broken.

A properly positioned Squishy does not die to an Assassin that is significantly behind.

If they catch you out, then yeah you're going to die. Assassin's are built to kill squishies, it's what they do.

But they're not busted - most people just don't position well enough vs. assassins.
