Rageblade nerfs
Doubling on-hit on every other attack seems like it could be the reason why champions that have synergy with on-hit damage like to abuse it and even get it as a first item. Why not make it so
increases on-hit by half on every other basic attack when fully stacked instead of doubling it? Another Other possible changes I can think of is removing the double on-hit passive completely and focusing on the hybrid-damage.
