Some main gameplay issue and things riot should do to solve them

I have have been playing ranked a lot and between playing ranked and watching the LCS, I have noticed a pattern in almost 80% of games. The team that wins the early almost always wins the late game. Not that this is too much of a problem, you should be rewarded for playing well early that should never mean nothing but you are awarded so much for one good play or your enemies 1 small mistake. Even after one kill especially first blood you can turn your lane into a complete snow ball. I main adc and if I get first blood or a double kill bot lane early, the lane is practically over. In 5 minutes I can come back to lane with a item 1038 while my opponent comes back with either a item 1042item 1036 or item 1083. Not to mention my support may have item 3098 for even more damage. At this point, the lane is practically over in the hands of a skilled player who knows how to use their lead and practically the game which you see in many of your ranked games with a guy getting fed off your top laner going 6/0 and completely destroying the game.

IMO although it feel satisfying when you know your the reason that your teamed stomped the enemy and ended the game sub 25 minutes this feels disgusting to be the enemy and quite frankly I don't think that's how a healthy game should play like. I think death timers should be the biggest issue as the game progresses, not the gold the enemy will get if they will kill you. Putting your enemy on a deathtimer, taking objectives, and getting ahead in xp and cs is enough of an advantage of killing them and all the kill gold you get is overkill added on top of that.

With this in mind here is some solutions that I think would help fix this game and make it more healthy.

REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF GOLD FOR KILLING ENEMIES AND TAKING OBJECTIVES AS WELL AS TOWER PLATING: The main reason many games lack any competition and are complete stomps are because took much kill gold is rewarded. If you get first blood you are granted 400 gold and if you kill a player that has a neutral score, you are awarded 300g. This much gold really ruins the game especially early on and turns the game into a complete snow ball. If the top laner kills their opponent, they get 300g over them, more time to cs getting more gold, and more xp to get their ultimate even earlier. They can then completely destroy their opponent even after 1 kill, if they get the jungler while he tries to help and first tower, the top laner is a massive threat especially if its Kled Renekton Irelia there are more, but listing them all would be a waste of time. Having a cs and an xp lead is enough of a reward for killing your lane opponent and you can also take objectives. All the additional gold is over kill.

REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE FROM ALL SOURCES AND INCREASE ARMOR PEN ON ITEMS: Part of this reason games get unreasonably out of control is because items have too much damage. With one complete item over your enemy early in the game you can kill them in under 3 seconds. Tank's should the built resistences should reliably tank your damage to a reasonable extent and not get shredded like butter. People are building no armor penetration on thier damage carries and do massive damage without any armor penetration whatsoever. Even assassins can do unreasonable amounts of damage to tanks. If you want to deal damage to a tank, you should have to have some form of armor penetration instead of flat damage. Not to mention all the damage in the game is not fun. Make one small step in the wrong direction, you get hit by a spell that completely deletes you went in a stand off when a teamfight is about to happen. There isn't even any real strategy when fights are over so quickly.

MAKE TURRETS DEAL MORE DAMAGE: Turrets practically mean nothing nowadays besides extra gold and allowing your minions to travel farther into their base if you destroy their tower. People can dive towers no problem and can in fact burst somebody down solo and get out before the tower actually kills them. A tower is meant to protect you and it shouldn't be so easy for you to be solo dived. Diving a turret should take more team organization and planning.

There are probably some more issues in game that need fixing but these are the main problems with the game as I see it. If league fixes these issues. The game should be more fun and games wont be one sided stomps unless there is a marginal skill difference between teams.
