Maybe what the guy is saying is that the game is only fun when it's a bloodbath. I personally think this is a really cool idea.

because it only applies to the people inside the circle? you either get inside or you move away nor are they immune to cc/displacement inside it either. if their entire team has to run away with their hp lowered then you won the team fight.

i think your really overestimating his ult. and you just completely ignored my other point about get in or get out or that you have a group of people clustered together for a nice cc, you seem like the kind of person who would kill a champion with zilean ult even though you clearly see on the champion or the person who sit and try to auto trydanmere in his ult, then proceed to complain about how broke it is. case in point, theirs alot of crap that sounds broken on paper but really arent. just wait and see how he interacts with other champions instead circlejerking with others.
have the necessary displacement as well so you have plenty of choices if you want to pull someone out of his ult. champions like 
and others who have large crowd control can be troublesome to those closely bundled people to.
