Veigar main playing new veigar

It's actually much better than I thought it would be. I actually like the new Q. Although the people have to be absolutely stupid to walk into your stun to guarantee damage. First game I have played with new Veigar I had 1.3k AP by 40 minutes with a mana regen and CDR build. Specifically, .

The double Q farm is actually extremely useful against the average person meant to counter Veigar by AoE killing him. It lets him push back and farm better, but against single target nukers the new kit is pretty bad.

The CDs being lower overall help and the 1s on Q late game with a CDR build is almost unnoticable. The mana buffs are the holy grail though. I no longer run out of mana in lane and have to back at level 4-5 if I am Q farming well. Once I get tear and chalice I can stay in lane for days.

The stun nerf may need a little toning back like to a .5s delay or up it to 3s stun so that Merc Treads don't butcher it (I mean someone smart enough to buy them shouldn't just get to ignore it when normally you have to be stupid to walk into it). But I feel after that his kit will be fine. The new projection combined with the relatively long reaction time is hard to ever land on purpose.
