Rengar's necklace doesn't cost him his passive,doesn't take up any item space,doubles as trinkets and can also be upgraded. Whats soo different about Viktor? EDIT: I don't want the item gone,it works for him,but seriously he needs a passive that affects gameplay somehow.

Its perfectly fine since his mini-rework. Barely anyone wants it gone. Its his shtick.

Because his passive is getting shittons of AP and the ability to upgrade his spells to be even better?

Rengar's passive is the leap and having his ultimate locked away for most of the game.
