Can we talk about the grading system a little?

First image is my game. A+. Second image is the best teem I've faced against, because whenever you leave teem unbanned every team picks him. I say this because having seen 3 teemos do this bad or below, it's not just 'every teemo is doing that good', because as I understand it the grades are based on performance averages.
