Does Zed Really Need Anymore Buffs?

On PBE: Razor Shuriken (Q) secondary damage AD ratio increased from 45% to 54% secondary damage increased from 40/57/75/92/110 to 48/69/90/110/132

I seriously don't understand why he's getting yet another buff this season. Even after the Duskblade changes, he's not suffering that much anymore. It's just mesmerizing that Riot really thinks he needs this while other mid laners like Lissandra, Corki, and Ziggs just sit in the trash. His snowball potential and damage are already where they should be in terms of sheer numbers.... so why?

he is not strong, he was garbage after duskblade nerf. stop using corkie ziggs and lissandra which all are easier to play than Zed as an example

Its not a buff, its getting reverted from last patch it got nerfed 8.6 , they just reverted the change, and no Zed is not strong RN at all , about p2+ and above picking zed is like increasing your chance to lose the game by 20%.

Let me educate you about zed's early game. Like here's the thought Zed's Q does about 80 dmg lvl 1, 100 lvl 3, 140 lvl 4 , 170 lvl 5 , also if this goes trough minions it does half dmg on 6 seconds cooldown and insane energy cost till u get lvl 5. W - 22 seconds cooldown E - 70 dmg

So, all in all , if u stand behind minions and u get hit by WeQQ , u'd get hit for 75+75+70 dmg on top of electrocute proc, so every 22 sec he has 270 dmg ( and this numbers are for lvl 5) , while every other champ in the game has 3 abilities each doing 100 each+ on low cd.

And he is melee which means every time he is bout to basic a minion u can slap him free 70 dmg

Zed is a very OP complex and easy carry champion SO LONG as you are good with him. The only reason I would see for him needing to be buffed is if every other champion he generally faces are just having a much stronger game than him in general (That includes early, mid, late game) so only the good Zed players could play him but I would think that the decision would probably need to rest on M7 Zed players mainly because I don't play him enough and if this is to get Zed into pro play then..... ok? Riot I mean I don't even see why he's not being played in pro besides the fact that he doesn't have a whole lot of team fighting so if these buffs are there to push him into pro then that's honestly stupid you're not fixing the problem but making more so that Zed could become so OP that any monkey in game could destroy with him. Zed isn't in pro most likely to the fact he doesn't have much team fight so if you want him to be in pro you need to find a way for him to be better at team fight not buff him so hard he's broken AF. Again I don't know Zed that much but what I'm getting at is if riot wants to make a change to make a champ good for pro play then they need to attack why it isn't in pro play already not just make it broken AF.
