The new loot/capsule and BE system is TERRIBLE for new players.

I have a friend that started playing league 1.5 months ish before pre season started. He reached level 30 as soon as the 2nd day of preseason hit. He was telling me how it is extremely difficult for him for to build his champion pool with this new system. The fact you already get very low XP and BE from leveling up and first win of the day purchasing champions are extremely hard. My friend also pointed out that he can't even use his mastery 6 tokens because he needs to save blue essence for champions, and the champion capsules are the only way he can get close to getting champions, but they aren't the ones he wants. I think the system needs to be revamped for new players.
