Rito, how about you leave the balanced champions alone and stop buffing champions that are already broken when used right.

P.S. I don't give a shit about the LCS and what needs to be buffed/nerfed for them. The community and balance as a whole should always come before a competition that has less than 0.01% of players in it.

both Vayne and Riven are balanced now... if if the buffs go through they are going to be OP

They are not balanced. They are in the gutter. Vayne and Kalista are so far behind every other ADC its ridiculous.

As for Riven, poor girl got no chance in this meta.

I have no idea what you mean by "no chance" since we're talking about Riven, a person who can win trades and win lane v any other champ in the game.

Except Mundo, Malphite, Garen, Darius, Shen, Olaf, Renekton, Jax, Mantheon, Cho, Volibear, Irelia, Teemo, Trundle and every god damn champion thats building Sunfire+ Iceborn atm like Ekko, Fizz, Poppy, Akali...

Riven used to be strong, but since change of Brutallizer she sucks big time. But people are still traumatized from past , so they still think she is good.

No one gives a shit about your Bronze level mechanics. They balance around high level players because they play each champion to thier maximum potential vs other highly skilled players making the skill levels on even ground (moreso than a Silver 5 vs a Gold 5)

Since the skill level of mechanics are at the highest potential and on even levels of skill the only disparity would be champion Kits. Thats how they balance champions. If champion X is played by player X and beats out most of Player Y's champion picks then champion X might see a nerf. If Player Y is playing champion X and beats most of Player X's champion picks then that champ definitely might see a nerf. They also factor in team fights and map presence for said champions.

TLDR: Just read my first sentence.

this guy is bronze 3 and thinks he knows the meta that riot created better than riot does. I hate to tell you this but riot does not balance this game around bronze elo they do it around plat and above. So if those champs are op in plat and above it gets nerfed if they suck in that elo they get buffed

riven is fine. her winrate isn't below 49% in ANY elo. and it above 51% in higher elos

She is 48.9% atm. 46% in bronze, 48.9 in silver and gold, 41% in master and higher. And thats on NA. On every region she is less than 49% overall.

Also whats "hell no" supposed to mean? Noone is asking you. She IS getting buffs,

they can very easily be reverted

hell the exact same rek'sai nerf and vayne buff on pbe now was on pbe 2 patches ago and they didn't go through then.
