Remove Gifting Restrictions

My friend added me on this account today since I got it back, and he was going to gift me something; but apparently you have to wait a day before you can even gift someone you just added. Uh, why? What possible reason is there for this restriction to be in place? ...do you not want their money or something RIOT? Get rid of this garbage system. Let people gift people as they please.

Its so that if someone gets on your account he cant just use all your rp to gift stuff to other accounts. Its to protect your stuff. Really stupid right?

At least it's not when it used to be a week or two. You can wait a day.

They've done that os people don't just create tons of accounts and send themselves stuff instantly, and other reason.
