Increase maximum number of smite charges to 3

Currently junglers are able to have 2 charges max of smite. I'm suggesting that we increase the maximum number of charges slightly. However, you can only use smite once on each monster or champion. This way people can clear even faster (spend less time in the jungle and more time helping team). Good idea or no?

Probably not, it already has the lowest cooldown cost of summoner spells, and the only one that stacks. Currently you have to decide, should i smite this chicken camp, or should i go help team with smite spell?
