The underlying message is to do something about these champions balance-wise because the jungle right now is stale.

Glaedr1 votesWell maybe if other utility tank junglers were anywhere near the level of Reksai or Gragas the options would be greater. The recent Gragas ult nerf is actually pretty huge and I think that alone will drop his priority a bunch, but as long as Reksai has insane jungle pressure, gank potential, and her tremor sense, she will always be a top pick.
The only reason why Graves, Kindred, and Nidalee were contested for so long was because their damage was so balls-to-the-wall retarded that nothing could deal with them for more than a couple seconds plus dragon control wasn't as important as it is now with the elemental drakes.
