Yasuo's Ult is 30s (18s with CDR) because he cant use it on demand... Swain is waiting for a 45s Ult

Yasuo's Ult has such an INSANELY low CD because when he was made there was not that many displacements in the game. Now there are more then Stuns and almost as many as there are slows. So because he cant use it on demand they gave him a low (stupidly low) CD

Swain cant use his Ult unless he has souls. He cant use it on demand AND to use it without help he has to hit one of two SLOW ez to dodge skill shots.

So why is it on a 120s CD? By Riots logic Swains Ult should be on a 45s CD where its CD starts when the ult ends.

No, Yasuo cannot Ult off enemy self inflicted knockups. Example, Ziggs or Tristan jump.

Some people record their games and can show snippets of bugs like that. Other times they know of someone else who has had it happen to them.

If the only time it happened was once two years ago, then it's a pretty good indicator that it was a bug and not the way Yasuo/Braum are suppose to work.

No it fucking isn't Yasuo's ult cd was never game changing, the fact that Yasuo needs a knock up to use ult prevented him from spamming ult 24/7, say anything you want but If he crossed you once he couldn't ult you from 1000 range and instantly start a fight unlike or Malphite .

Now, the thread talks about Swain's ult cd it has a point, but unfortunatly Swain is just too strong to have his ult cd reduced.

And they were going to buff it to 2400, but then the community flipped out.

And now recently they tried to buff its damage and were surprised when the community flipped out again.

It's Ironic considering everyone of those champions besides Yasuo has a prerequisite in order to reach a lower CD on their ultimate.

Whereas Yasuo's is just innately 30's.

To be fair here, Diana's ultimate is Essentially just another basic ability. I treat it as such, Cooldown wise. I mean, it IS her ultimate of course, but as far as Cooldown is concerned - It's about the same as her E at all stages of the game, if not shorter depending on your level.

What? Swain can use literally any hard CC spell in the game to get a stack. He can also get a stack when the ult is on cooldown.

I have literally never have NOT been able to ult as Swain.

I have found myself in quite a lot of times I have not been able to ult and that fucked me up so hard... I wish Swain's ult didn't needed stacks to be activated. hell, it could even cost 150 mana. As long as I was able to cast it without other obvious restrictions.
