@Ironstylus - A Taric Suggestion

So I'm pretty sure you guys are in the process of changing Taric's Dazzle from a targeted stun into a skill shot. I would like to suggest a way to change it that allows him to have a strong engage as a Fighter/Tank, while having it be his bread and butter as a support:

Dazzle - Taric leaps to target location, slamming his hammer into the ground. Enemies caught in the center of the smash radius are stunned, while other enemies within the radius are slowed.
