Remove Garen's W Stacking cap

Garen's in quite a bad spot statistically right now in higher brackets, as he's been for quite some time.

A very simple fix for Garen's problem is to remove the stacking limit on his W.

This will reward Garen for making it to late game, sharpening his identity as a late game champion, while preventing him from obliterating lanes and snowballing in Low ELO.

I don't think this is unreasonable, since most games Garen won't have too much more than 240 farm which would be 30 additional Ar/MR, and his early game (where he's most vulnerable) would be completely unaffected.

This actually wouldn't fix his problem, as he still would be heavily kited. And late game armor pen would make his stacking armor less and less efficient.

so add another infinite stacking champion but all he has to do is kill minions that would be op think things through before you post thresh needs souls which is random nasus needs to last hit with his q veiger needs to hit a champion or farm with q

yet sion can stack health all game with W

and cho can stack health with his ult and so on

we try to give garen a lil more free armor and mr by farming but NOOO that is over the line

yet sion can engage, have cc, and fight from death

cho has an aoe silence, a knock up , aoe wave clear and true damage on a stacking ult

This is arguably the worst time to play Garen I've ever experienced in a long time with the the gradual nerfing of lethality items(also nerfed by proxy of tank items having more armor now), bork meta, BC nerfs, and tank item hp totals down when Garen naturally scales better with health than higher resistances with his free resistances and W active.

Any kind of buffs or changes for Garen would be well received at this point

Maybe not infinite stacking, that would be a little TOO crazy, however I do think this is on the right track, maybe instead of a complete removal of the cap, perhaps just increase the cap, either by level, by ranking up the spell or just off the bat.
