You are REQUIRED to revert everything immediately after the worlds patch. You can't kill off champions and make then unpickable even for their mains just because they have a utility ultimate.

I kind of doubt balancing around Professional players will realistically affect us Silver players. Plus 1 second off the duration of Ashe Q probably won't 'kill her' despite all the melodramatic posts for every champion nerf ever.

I disagree. Proper balance should be based on proper play. When you make a champion stronger or weaker assuming poor play, you're just making them OP for skilled users or gutting them at higher levels. There is no such thing as balance for all ELOs. The only valid balance is for the competitive level and the rest of us have to ban or adapt. Trying to do both invariably makes the game objectively unbalanced and limits the viability of the roster.

We do not have 130 bans. And good players can adapt towards the bottom by not focusing, we can't adapt by inventing skill and knowledge. The game HAS to be balanced towards FUN at least in the regular season. I can understand this idea of balancing for Worlds, but then it has to stop.
