Summoner's Rift (new add-ons, my idea)

So, this idea came to me while playing some LoL as my favorite champion:

This idea could be made a new game mode or they could be add-ons to LoL.

What if we had base and tower defenses that activated after x amount of time? Or maybe, make new summoner spells that affects our towers / base? Here are some ideas:

Outer towers: Every 240 seconds these walls flip up that prevent people from moving past them, leaving only this tiny gap for enemies to walk through. Once the tower is destroyed the walls stop popping up.

Inner towers: What if they, after x time and if someone is below x% health, the tower zaps them (ally unit) and heals them? Or maybe it slows an enemy?

Nexus and Inhibitors: They pulse out once the innermost tower has fallen dealing x true damage to attackers. Once getting below 20% health, it pulses again. For Nexus, it would be once both or one of the towers guarding it fall.

Base: What if these magical walls pop up once all inhibs were destroyed? Preventing people from leaving or entering the base (enemies) for x time? The walls could also pop up randomly once one inhib is taken (on that side only).

This will most likely be a new game mode, not add-ons. I just think it would be cool if the game interacted more with itself and the players.I mean, they could add these to nexus siege. I just thought these would spice up the game more.

New Spells -

Fortify - It creates a shield for a targeted tower (global, like tele only for towers on your side)

Barrier - It creates a wall that enemy units cannot pass through or over for x time.

Pulse - A targeted tower, inhibitor, or nexus it pulses out dealing x true damage to all enemies in x radius. Probably just ciruclar in a short distance, probably a tad bigger than Darius' spinning power.
