Cassiopeia was completely broken by one of the recent patches

Her ult regularly does absolutely nothing. The entire team can run into it and take no damage, stun, or slow. I've even had repeated situations where champions are standing still and autoing me and they aren't affected by it, while it's targeted directly on top of them.

I'm not even going to get into the bug where her E sometimes doesn't reset on champions standing in Miasma.

Keep up the good work, Riot. RIP Cassiopeia, from 52% win rate to 44% win rate.

They both love to spam skills, they both have amazing sustain in fights, and they both have strong CC. The difference is Cassiopeia's CC is actually a skillshot, and she can only do it once in a fight. And it takes her a long time to get enough stacks where she's actually threatening. Once Ryze hits 6, he just runs at you and f*cks you up and there's not much you can do about it.
