8.19 patch = worlds buffs

Scrolling through here I see nothing but buffs. Sure, maybe a few early game nerfs to champs Riot doesn't like because they apparently discourage risky/flashy plays (Kench base HP nerf but with scaling HP buff) but there's really nothing but buffs across the board.

-Pyke ult execute increased at all levels (muh big pentakills) -Thresh Q (mah big flashy plays) cd AND mana cost lowered -Kha evolved W slow increased against all targets, especially against isolated ones (I don't get this one. If you wanted big flashy Kha'zix plays you should buff E and R. Instead you aim buffs that make W evol Kha the priority again) -Elise E cd buff (muh flashy towerdives) -Nunu AP buffs (OOOO New rework 1000 AP oneshot)

I don't have anything in particular against any of these champs but seriously Riot, you could be a little less obvious.
