You know what would help champions like eve? An AP tiamat.

Slithers crystal great axe: item 3077 + item 1058 + 750g (MELEE ONLY) 100AP +100% base health regeneration UNIQUE – CLEAVE: Basic attacks deal (20% to 50% AP) magical damage to units around your target – (20% AP near the edge) (350 units radius). UNIQUE – CRESCENT: Deals (40% to 80% AP) magical damage to units around you – (40%% AP near the edge) (400 units radius) (10 second cooldown).

Not a hybrid one, but an actual AP item. It would REALLY help auto attack and melee AP champions like Eve, kassadin, mordekaiser, and Diana compete with their AD counterparts without making AP champions in general broken due to increased waveclear.

It its gonna be straight ap and not hybrid they might as well make a ap tiamat to. Although it wouldnt be horrible to get the extra 25 ad.

The extra AD would be converted to AP in this case. its 3200g vs 3500 for the hydras; youre paying for 20AP plus the passive and active effect. The extra AD on tiamat is good for the early game though! Which is the point of using it as a base instead of asking riot to create multiple new items; it also lessens the load on the store.

Eve is not an autoattack based champ. Shes just not. Theres nothing in her kit that says that. Not sure why lich bane is a suggested item, ludens would be better.

Eve has 125 attack range. Eves E is an auto attack (and a reset iirc). Eves main source of non-ultimate burst is her E.

Eve has always been a champion who utilized basic attacks, even when her preferred playstyle was Q and hope you kill them. An AP tiamat item would help pre-rework eve as much as post rework; even more so because its another 100AP item, something a lot of champions are lacking. It would fully replace ludens on melee champions and even have a place in off-builds like AP nautilus and gragas!

But thats the thing riot doesnt seem to like removing stats and a few times they have they quickly chang it because the community doesnt like it minus a few mr items. Now with the stop watch coming out on pbe that has zhonya active but builds into ga as well (i understand they are similiar but there not the exact same). Thats why i said make a total ap tiamat.

E procs on hit effects. That’s probably why.

Definitely not “ap Tiamat” worthy to have one ability proc it

You are aware of what her Q does right?

Not apply on hit effects which Tiamat uses? Yeah I’m aware

You realize that on every tiamat champion, the cleave active is as important to their damage as their sheen proc is? Instead of getting gunblade for ITS 300 damage, the suggested item would do more damage and scale better; a perfect compliment to melee AP champions who need to basic attack.

If you're building gun blade on eve you're doing it wrong

No? Pretty much every AP assassin builds gun blade. Even Ahri. Its that good.

lich bane is core on eve because her E still applies onhit effects.

I feel like they're trying to push eve (and most of the other champs you mentioned; morde is weird) to be more assassin-y than skirmisher-y, so adding items that provide sustained melee damage would be counter to that paradigm.
