When is Riot going to disable Lethality items from ADC/Marksmen?

After losing my first promo games to an ADC Jhin with 2 lethality items, I have come to conclude that this is absolutely broken:

That amount of damage is essentially a one shot on squishes and could possibly chew through tanks in 3.

Yeah lethality is broken not jhin with the 52% win rate and 37% play rate

"if it becomes a problem well consider making them into melee only items, but right now we dont see it as something thats unbalancable"
