When Susan has 12 stacks at 8 minutes

You are playing rumble top. you take e lvl 1. you get first blood. wave is pushing to you. you get a second kill. then their jungler comes and you survive and almost kill them both. then you get two more kills when all of a sudden the godlike champion fizz with no mana problems can roam to your lane and stop you from punishing nasus. and then roam back to mid and continue farming. in fact this trend of continuously roaming top to help this nasus i destroyed with rumble became a thing. in fact i got my team to respond to it but it didnt matter. fizz is just so broken
