Is the client really slow and unresponsive for anyone else right now?
Seems to be lagging incredibly hard at the moment, was wondering if other were experiencing this issue.

Yes. I have been getting glitches in my League client on an every log in basis ever since patch 8.18. Due to glitches I have;
Locked in a Champion who I never even clicked on, and didn't even move my cursor.
Had multiple games where I would be given a rune page in game that did not click on and I had not used in Weeks,
Found I had multiple rune pages selected,
Had an unresponsive trade button after champion select,
Had an unresponsive reroll button in ARAM, even though it showed that I had two rerolls left,
Been randomly DC'd after champ select for no apparent reason,
Had multiple games where I had a skin selected after I locked in a champion and then was given the base skin in game,
Had a game where all of my skins were locked,
Had multiple friends deleted from my friends list without even knowing about it.
Had multiple games here my client showed either I or someone else I was in lobby hovering the same position twice.
Had missions for events just not update.
Had the play button be completely missing from the top left corner of the client.
Gotten an AFK warning in the middle of a fight.
Got a chat restriction for being "AFK" when my wifi crashed.
Had players who told me to kill myself reported and got no punitive action (I OP.GG'd them).
As well as many other bugs. I've just given up on trying to report them because riot doesn't want to get their shit together with this game as a whole and they obviously don't listen when I report bugs because they've been happening for nearly a year now and I reported them regularly for months.
