Funny thing about Ziggs
He was never complained about until bot lane Ziggs became a thing. :^)

because when ziggs was mid, he got shit on by almost every mobile assassin/mage in the lane. therefore he didnt scale and fell behind cause he was feeding and games ended really quickly. but when he has to lane vs an adc who needs items to scale + cant stop his insane wave clear and is also super safe an then throw in a support with tons of peel. ontop of towers being weak bot and tower first blood is alot of gold. add all this together an thats why ziggs bot is a problem

Because no one played him. His pushing power and poke is overpowered. I wouldn't be surprised to see nerfs coming.
And what stops him from pushing mid? Same passive. Same W.
it's tough to push mid when you are in unfavorable matchups, are easier to gank, don't have a support to help you win lane + have 100% vision
sighs
Skillzz already explained this to you
Less ganking room mid than bot, and no lane ganks.
...lane ganks are terrible and there are more avenues to be ganked from (and they emerge closer than they do bot lane) mid lane
mid is definitely easier to gank when they are pushed up vs. bot lane
not to mention my main focus has been matchups and you seemed to have ignored that part
lane ganks are pretty good if it's someone warding heavily. And if they're pushed up bot they have more distance to cover before getting to a tower. Ziggs can just sit back with
and chill pretty well in mid.
ya but if he's chilling down at his tower, how exactly does he utilize his passive and tower execution on the enemy tower? Did you forget, we aren't talking about zigg's safety in general, we're talking about Zigg's safety when pushed up

The first point is valid. The second one isn't. If he has been in this state for so long, why does he need nerfs now? Things are acceptable to the League community until they are brought to the light of day and suddenly they aren't acceptable. If all starting players were given a free Nautilus champion, then there would be a lot more of Nautilus.
You would then see complaint threads about how overpowered Nautilus is due to his immense tankiness and crowd control. He can single-handedly harass people in lane with little chance of retaliation with his Auto + E combo. He can easliy 1v1 squishy champions because he has suprising burst damage. However, people were okay with it up until now simply because he is being played more.
This really reflects the flaws in the League commmunity. People believe that something is okay if it is not played often. It's not okay when it becomes more common.
He's been super oppressive mid lane in previous seasons, it's just in the past his satchel wasn't an instant ko to a tower over 1/3rd hp
you...you think this is a relevant point? Do you not know anything about lane interactions? Scalings? Matchups? Map positioning? Objective control? The advantages of a support?
Does any of that have any meaning to you when comparing mid ziggs to bot ziggs?
[zombie-brand-facepalm]
I didn't know mid and bot ziggs had different passives and W.
ya but he has more opportunities with less chance of punishment with farrr greater rewards in the bot lane. Seriously, do you not know how any of my listed above variables effect a champions gameplay?
the "matchups" alone explains it all, as another commentator explained in detail in just a single comment down...
Oh I complained about him. I hated facing him. If any of your towers had minions near it and ziggs was anywhere near it, the tower was gone. I was smart enough to never complain about him on the boards, since it would get me spammed with hate.
You're not wrong. Welcome to boards, where if you complained about something and I never personally dealt with it or was a devout main of that champ, you were wrong.
