She's supposedly really difficult but I haven't found it to be that bad. Maybe it's because I'm decent with Ahri and Nidalee but Elise doesn't seem super difficult. Does she not feel incredibly difficult because I am kinda decent with Nidalee and good with Ahri?

Tyrone Lannister1 votesShes has a lot of early pressure and understanding how to use it is where she can be difficult. Also like someone else said, knowing how to combo abilities and landing stuns
MrHaZeYo1 votesDepends on how you build her really. Tanky she's fairly easy to play. AP glass cannon she's actually harder to play cause yes you can assassinate someone but then what? Your in the middle of a teamfight and chances are you get deleted.
She also has a awkward teamfighting phase.
