Grievous wounds should require more actual skill to use.

Before you throw me a downvote for suggesting that Grievous wounds are OP, I'm just saying that the reason items like Mortal Reminder and Morellonomicon have to rely on either restricted application or making an item overall more inefficient is that you basically don't have to do anything to trigger it and in the case of Executioner's calling, you effectively trigger it at all times. What I'm suggesting is making Grievous Wounds apply via actives, but buffing its effect to compensate. As for the actual mechanics I haven't really thought about that, but I'm hopeful some of you would have ideas about how to go about that.

i just dislike how a core AP item has it, while AD have to go out of their way for it.

Remove grievous from morello and put it on void staff. lmao

lol. remove Grevious Wounds and put it on liandries or something. but I don't like the 35% hp application effectiveness

It has to have that or else healers will be incidentally fucked over by someone who bought it with no intention of dealing with them in the first place. IMO they should've reworked Morello and turned Athene's into what Morello is now. Healing champions were already strong and the new Athene's kinda overlaps with Ardent Censer.

i get that but the problem is that it needs to be strong against lifesteal. i understand champions based around it can get fucked like tanks mundo for example. but adcs. make it work against lifesteal all the time. u know
