What's disgusting is the fact they now get damn near perma crit, Have 2 massive effective defense items while still hitting huge damage, they have perfectly enough life steal with that build to not need anymore then that, CC removing active, and they don't run out of mana.

But the overall massive thing is no more LW! You no longer need the damn item to just straight kill tanks.

Nah, Shiv got replaced by PD for a while now. Essence reaver is only used on some, but often it's Maw if there's like 2 AP's on the enemy team lol.

Is it that Last Whisper and IE aren't there? Or the blatantly stupid fact that ADCs can now build defensive items they should not have access to by the very nature of their role?
