remember when ekko was released?

riot said their reasoning in giving ekko his utility and heals and shields and teleports and slows and stuns and speed was because he did less damage than other assassins and needed to work harder to get that damage out and those were the tools to do it?

yeah that wasn't true then and it's not true now, ekko does a shit load of damage and even when he feeds in lane he can hard carry a game by one shotting the tank that's 3 items ahead of him.

maybe not that drastic but you get the picture, ekko has always done as much as if not more damage as the other assassins, and I don't know when in the design process this was forgotten, but it sure wasn't implemented in release or post nerf ekko.

I'm not talking as someone who plays against ekko and goes "why did I die from that" I'm talking as someone who plays ekko on and off and quite often thinks "why did THEY die from that." the only other champion I can think of who can delete someone as fast or as effectively as ekko is viktor, and viktor is viktor, it's what he does.
