Kassadin USED to be dog shit per 6. but now he isnt. Is he good pre 6? no. HELL NO. But he isnt dog shit like he was in previous seasons.

Thats literally the argument for him being OP. He actually can hold his own in lane to an extent now instead of being a gold pinata pre 6.
