Galio

All galio needed was a visual update and E no longer interrupting movement, cause people refuse to accept he can do well vs more than just mages and use of storm raiders on him he's getting a rework/relaunch.

I do like a lot of reworks and relaunches but I can't see anything aside from a passive rework or it's just going to butcher galio's kit just to make it work. He's already strong and hasn't fallen off regardless of meta or premade/solo play with plenty of balance/counterplay as is. If he looked sleeker and his skins felt different I bet his popularity would rise.

I'm highly concerned about galio being reworked, aside from passive I highly doubt it'll be anything positive.

Edit: Although after slightly calming down I'll agree with Q and E changes IF galio keeps his poking power.

So in total:

Passive can be entirely changed, some even suggested MR scalings instead but I'm not too concerned since his only core mr item was abyssal and if wanted visage.

Q- All I really want outta it is the poking power.

W- Leave it please.

E- Fine with any change as long as the poking power stays in-tact/increased

R-Leave it

Maybe his passive could contain slowing of enemies/speed up of teammates but Q could really just stay the same.

Agreed... But Riot likes to change champs into brand new champs.

Nah if they were changing him into a new champ it'd be a relaunch. So far, HOPEFULLY, it's just a rework.

Tell that to Fiora

Well tbh I did like the fiora change, I do miss her old ulti but her basic kit feels better than the old one.

While I did bandwagon the new ulti I still preferred the old ulti more.

I disagree...somewhat. :)

I think the new fiora is a good champion... but she feels SOOOO different than old Fiora to me.

Might be cause Q feels less WE GOING NOW single target and more spam dash, might seem minor but that can feel vastly different.

And her W is more interactive which can trip someone up(It was a pain to match the timing for a few weeks for me).

So yea it probably would feel entirely different, I do agree with she is still a good champ but now that the hype meter is down I do miss the old ulti.

i think his passive should be like his w and r and revolve around being hit. kind of like gaining kinetic charges that boosts his next spell not including his ultimate which has its own benefits from being hit. i also think his Q can be made much better in comparision to Sol's aoe bubble attack and maybe change his e all together.

Yea I could see that, that would synergize well.

Personally I just like his poke, W, and R, along with his stormraiders synergy tbh.

The only problem is its awkward. Is he an artillery mage or a 'battle mage' as they say. I'd rather him have faster more reliable damage spells with shorter range, than long range slow small aoe or a long range fast low damage spell.

Also it looks like the ULT being kept is almost confirmed but not 100% promised. Now I just have to hope for the W and I'm excited for the rework! Wish I could suggest galio to be more of a 'kinetic/get hit mage' to Riot.

Yea I'm still weary of the thought of a galio rework but:

I mostly just like the poke cause of the damage and stormraiders synergy, however if they were to give him a dash I guess I wouldn't mind. The real problem is, if they give him a dash they'd definitely gut his ulti to compensate, that's why I'm scared of if he loses his poke-style of slowing and increasing movement.

Also the W, I can see them gutting it or moving it onto another skill, even I will admit it's simply op for sustain/survivability. Main reason I was probably triggered by the thought of a relaunch.

So what they'll probably do is fuse his W onto his R and give him a completely different kit. I can see the logic and I will be against it, but I do agree with them even if I just want to punch who ever even suggested a relaunch instead of a minor buff. Riot's hands are tied with galio, while I'll say that galio isn't just anti-mage the problem is he's good at a lot of things but excels too much against mages which is probably why this is happening. Good success all-around but too much success in a certain area along with their other reasons.

All that last paragraph, sorry for posting it in a reply to you, just really concerned and I had to voice it so that I myself could admit it...
