Katarina really shouldn't be able to 100-0 you at level 4
You seriously just can't do anything in lane vs this champions and it is absolutely stupid, she just shunpos to you throws a dagger up and autos.
Unless you blow your mobility or flash you just die at this point, you can't walk out of range before it hits the ground and the base damage on the passive just just stupidly high for low level. I would be fine with being one shot if it took any amount of skill and had some amount of counterplay but Katarina just doesn't have any of this.
Not to mention if you walk away from the Dagger she just auto attacks you while you are running and you lose about a quarter hp even without her dagger.
