Eternal Torment1 votesi dunno, juggernauts have that specific that they have an execution or generally can pull off massive damage while lacking any gap closers, if i am not wrong. while i can see why you would call cho one, i doubt singed falls under that cathegory. singed feels more like an chaotic diver-tank-support mixture with more buffing to himself than to his allies.

singed def a jugg tho, he's a very durable damage threat who has to run at you
