LaowPing1 votesA report means nothing. Riot is going to check the chat log and view the match after a report to see if it's a major problem. If it's not, the report won't do anything. You'll be fine.

EffectFX1 votesEven then automated system checks the chat log. It looks for specific key words/phrases. Getting reported means nothing and people who frequently false report get weighted down and eventually their reports are meaningless.
The report notification is just that, a notification that lets you know you've been reported. It's not a guaranteed punishment.
