Veigar's e will be the most reliable cc.. against Anivia's egg.

His w will be useful for creating random craters on the ground.

His only use will be an r+q combo that will never go off because he'll die before the team fight even begins. Minus DFG and minus 20% damage from the now 1.0 ap ratio.

if he putts his stun on me, I can see it and take a step forward if he puts the stun around me, well I'm a mtherfking mid lane mage with range or im a zed with a blink or im a mobile fk who can just walk out in .75 seconds

when pros comment about veigar, they dont mention his burst.. but his stun with that out of the way, he aint shit :l

That's funny, because I've noticed something, too. When people who like to judge things before they try them out, they go on the boards and QQ about it. Even if there's plenty of positives to say about it. They'll focus on the negatives.
