I swear I've never gotten even near to 460 heal per W on a full build with soraka... idk how people do that -.- and I cant even spam my W that often on 40% CDR...

i do all heal items and end up with 240 ap and my heal is still a joke... and ive seen 1 item rakas to heal hundreds just like that t.t

The person who made that post is an idiot. Soraka is perfectly fine and just wanted to complain.

Nobody goes from masters to plat because their champ is bad. Someone just hit Diamond 1 and went to Masters with Brand jungle.
