If you aren't nerfing the jg then buff trundle

This champion currently has no effective role in the game. His passive can't sustain the jungle. His clearspeed sucks and his ganks suck. So, trundle sucks in the current game.

Do something about it.

You're doing something wrong than. He can clear jungle completely if you start and smite gromp (even without leash), go for blue, take wolves, GO TO RED, smite red buff (for the 15% missing health), clear red, take scuttle crab, than finish at razorbeaks. 2 health pots, chomp first

He just needs his passive to be double if it's a monster

Trundle was made to excel in a jungle that had far more difficult enemies with less tools than junglers have today.

He is fine.
